All of our products are made to order, so please expect your order to take  2-8 weeks between ordering and arrival. If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly.

Most products include free shipping to the continental US (all US states not including Hawai‘i). Our larger products have shipping and handling calculated at checkout due to higher variability with larger packages. Some of our products that do not include free shipping:Infinity Crystal Pro XLInfinity Crystal Clusters Medium and larger

Many of our products require custom packaging with substantial dimensions and weight. We are unable to offer free shipping beyond the continental United States at this time. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, however we may be able to reduce the estimated shipping costs if your order contains multiple products. If you plan to purchase several products, you are welcome to contact us for a shipping quote before you place your order.
